Job description:

We are looking for a Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician who is energetic, self-motivated and has strong communication skills that can multi-task to join our 4 doctor practice on the upper west side of Manhattan. Symphony Veterinary Center has been serving this area for over 20 years. We offer uniform allowance. Only people with veterinary/animal related experience should apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician

• Proven veterinary experience with a strong understanding of veterinary terminology and animal physiology

• Proficient in animal handling, restraint, and catheterization techniques

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with pet owners and team members

• Familiarity with pet care practices and animal anatomy

• Experience in kennel operations and basic dental terminology is a plus
