During office hours, emergencies are seen by Symphony doctors. Call first if possible, but all emergencies will be seen immediately. First the patient is triaged by our technicians, then treated by a doctor immediately in the case of an emergency.

After hours the Symphony doctors provide telephone consultation for urgent medical matters until 11pm,  365 days a year.  True emergencies that occur after hours should be taken directly to one of the three Manhattan veterinary emergency rooms listed below.
